damn tired..
ask us to pumping so many times..star jump..jump..wanna die luu..==
today got one step sparring..safe..cause no free sparring..at all..haha^^
Then..today gt wat 7th GTF WORLD TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP
near by my primary skul de stadium..
When we go in the hall..so cold..and saw a lot of ppl from other country..de leh..
they gt free sparring..pattern..and other..
quite scary...quite..
I think the pattern competition..Malaysia won the 1st and 3rd..and 2nd is South Africa..
haha^^
Today quite happy and quite tired..
wanna 睡午觉..
also haven finish summary and kaligrafi..
i really hate kaligrafi..cause i tak sabar..then simply write..^^
